Blueprint Description[]

The human foot is an orchestrated web of bones, tendons, muscles, and ligaments. In this challenge, it will play a key role in the Minute To Win It version of kick the can. The contestant must boot a total of two soda cans into a metal bucket set center stage.

Toss 2 soda cans into a bucket with only your feet.

Set Up:[]

Kick Off Garrett

Darren played the challenge, but Garett wanted some Kick Off action.

Set up the 20 cans in a circle. Put the bucket in the center of the circle. Once game begins, contestant begins walking around the circle, hitting cans.

Rules:[]

  1. If a can hits another can, both are out of play.
  2. The cans must be hit in order and the contestant must walk around the circle.
  3. If a can is knocked out of the bucket, that can is void.
  4. If contestant runs out of attempts, game is failed.
  5. You may only use your feet.

Tips & Tricks[]

To complete this game, you will need to focus on your aim and technique when kicking the cans. One strategy you could use is to try to aim for the middle of the can, rather than the top or bottom, as this will give you a better chance of getting the can into the bucket. You may also want to practice your kicking technique, using the inside or outside of your foot depending on your preference, to get a better feel for how to control the can's movement. Additionally, you should try to anticipate the trajectory of the can after you kick it, so that you can adjust your position and aim accordingly. Finally, you may want to experiment with different ways of positioning your body and your foot to see what works best for you. With enough practice and repetition, you should be able to successfully kick the cans into the bucket within the time limit.
